It’s been a while since I shared a cocktail recipe so I think I’m overdue 🙂

I’m (were) a big fan of champagne but haven’t really experimented mixing it with too many things. This recipe seemed festive and a good way to celebrate the holiday season.

Honestly, it’s been hard getting in the “holiday spirit” being on a boat. I know its basically December in my mind but it’s been non stop boatie work as we prepare to cross back over to the Bahamas (any day now!) that I haven’t been able to wrap my head around it being Christmas time while shopping for Bahamas stuff. SO, what better way than to experiment with some fun holiday cocktail recipes to have onboard with us! I’ve always been in charge of the drinks when it comes to family get togethers and holidays – this one is crisp, clean, and delicious! And only 5 minutes from stirring to drinking! ‘Tis the season.

Ingredients:

• Champagne
• Gingerale
• Frozen Strawberries (frozen will keep your drink cooler)
• Note: Try muddling some to get a more red effect.^^
• Optional: Lime to garnish
